I took my vehicle here because I didn't know where to go. I thought it was good boy was I wrong! I dropped my car off the first time on May 29th they didn't order parts for my car until 4 days later and then had it for 2 weeks after that. Then I get it back and was told that my front passenger ball joints was loose. I had feeling that nothing was wrong. So I make an appointment a week ahead of time for today July 1st to get it repaired. I was told a week ago that I can drop it off when they open at 9am and it would be done the same day before 12pm. It would cost 230$
So I go to drop it off today and the lady working was so rude and nasty. They didnt even order the part yet!!! And it has been a week!!! All I did was ask her a time frame and if I could speak to someone she told me no. Then proceeded to get loud with me and talk to down to me. So I asked to speak to the mechanic that worked on my car last time so maybe he knows a time frame or could just give me an estimated time since she didn't know anything and didn't care to ask herself she told me no I don't have the authority to do that. Um ok....then she said either drop my keys off or go up the road. First off I'm a paying customer you don't talk to ANYONE like that. 2nd of all you can tell she hates people. When someone finally did come out the mechanic Tommy I think his name was didn't want to hear anything I had to say ALSO bad for business. So I left. And got 2 second opinions.
NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. They were going to scam me out of 230$ when there is nothing wrong with my front passenger ball joints. LYING TO CUSTOMERS TO MAKE A DOLLAR IS ALSO BAD FOR BUSINESS. And not listening to customers is bad for business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHILE HERE...they need new people working in the front that know how to talk to people cuz the nice one wasn't there today. But that other lady needs to go for real. She was even rude last week when I was making the appointment. And they need new honest mechanics who aren't going to cheat people out of money just because they get paid by commission. That's really bad for business and the better business bureau will be contacted.
