Heather said her vehicle is still having the same problem it was having before they serviced it. She said this business serviced the alternator on her vehicle. The vehicle has not been starting properly since then. Her vehicle was serviced during the holidays and the follow-up was poor. She said she was surprised that the customer service was poor because her cousin recommended them. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
