Drained the battery doing their inspection, then gave us someone else's keys
Our 2012 Hyundai Sonata broke down on the side of the road due to a problem with the hybrid charging process. We had it towed there b/c they did the last major service on it a year ago and wanted to see if it was still under their repair warranty.

When the tow truck dropped it off, the valet never turned off the flashers, so the battery drained overnight. Then when they tried to replicate the issue in the morning, the check engine light and codes were erased, so they first told us there was no issue but still recommended another $2.5k in repairs.

Luckily the supervisor (Josh Dail) realized they needed to check it, at which point, on a second inspection, they did find the issue. We decided the repairs weren't worth it, and had it towed back, but now the battery is dead so I have to jump it just to open the trunk.

On top of all that, when they gave my wife back the keys, they gave her what appears to be someone else's key fob and remote key card as well. My wife tried to tell the valet that they were giving us someone else's keys, but they insisted they were all ours. I tried calling them back during business hours but the phone just rang and rang. So, can guarantee we're never going back again.
