Bob does great work and Lucy makes sure the shop is running smoothly. I was hoping to just get a diagnosis of my problem by the end of the day with experiences from other shops. But Bob got it diagnosed, part ordered and installed, and then the A/C system totally serviced and confirmed as working perfectly. All in four hours, and done much cheaper than I was expecting. I know where my vehicle will be going from now on.
