Kendall Hyundai Managers are the best: Mr. J. Steven Barrantes, Kendall Hyundai Warranty Administrator, really listens to customers and cares about customer satisfaction and took the time to drive with me in my Hyundai Elantra so that he could diagnose the needed repairs; Mr. Angel Perez, Service Manager, cares about customer satisfaction and makes sure the customer is pleased with the servicing of Hyundai vehicles that are brought in for repairs; and Mr. Jorge Damien, Service Advisor, keeps customers fully informed, is accessible and always returns phone calls, works with extended warranty providers so that repair costs are paid, and makes sure customers are pleased with the service provided.
