Thank you for the response. We always try to be upfront and transparent with any service performed, recommendation made and price. I checked with my staff and they believed they were talking with a mother and a daughter. Perhaps this was the reason for the communication deficiency. We also have a policy here to advise our customers of any potential safety or maintenance issues their vehicle may have. Again, thank you for letting us know both the good and bad.
