First, we would like to thank Alexandrea for taking the time to speak with us after her experience at our shop. Unfortunitly, this was a parts availability problem which we could not control. What we learned fom Alexandrea was we did not verify that she had all the information she needed. Also, she also sensed frustration from us during the proceess. We have addressed how we can improve in our communications and as always we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied.
