Service great
The staff is awesome and I have been going to Kennedy for several years. Never a complaint, but this time the cost seemed a bit high. Just needed a battery change and oil change, paid over $400. Granted, the tire had to come off to replace the battery and the oil was synthetic. Cost was not explained to me, only future repairs needed and I didn't ask. I was expecting to pay about $300. It wasn't a special car, just a dodge journey. I will continue to use Kennedy as I trust their work, but will be a little more vigilante in getting prices first.

Thank you for the response. We always try to be upfront and transparent with any service performed, recommendation made and price. I checked with my staff and they believed they were talking with a mother and a daughter. Perhaps this was the reason for the communication deficiency. We also have a policy here to advise our customers of any potential safety or maintenance issues their vehicle may have. Again, thank you for letting us know both the good and bad.

They fixed what they could and thoroughly explained the problem and what could be done in the future. I wasn’t happy to hear about what the future would bring but I appreciated their honesty.

Kennedy delivers again
As usual, my recent visit to Kennedy's for regular maintenance was quick and comfortable. They were ready with additional parts which I requested, and the service was done in short order while I waited. This group delivers the best all around service I've ever encountered.
