Thank you for taking the time for this review. I noticed that we were able to help you on 2/24/20 with an alignment and we also, AGAINST OUR POLICY allowed you to leave with your vehicle without paying your bill in full and let you make 2 payments. No other shop would be kind enough to do that. I would think that might factor into your review of our shop. Sorry we were unable to help you on this other visit. Sometimes this occurs, whether it be we were busy with appointments and ran into unknown problems with a vehicle, which would put us behind and sometimes unable to get to another vehicle, especially if lifts are already being used, had to order a part, or didn't have specific/specialty equiptment for that particular job which we had no way of knowing what was wrong with the vehicle when it arrived.
