I drove over a hour wasting gas, mileage, and money and a whole days of work. They sent me away.
When contacted i was told okay well remove your information from our system for there mistake.
Zero efforts to fix the issue at hand i have text proving what was supposed to be done i even proved it and was brushed off.
It seems to keep getting worse i am starting to loose faith in kia in general not just Mankato at this point they are making the whole company look bad.
Only option to fix the review is now for kia to pay for the oil change gdi cleaning and tune up for the poor service and all the losses I took for there mistake they even admitted was there mistake
Now the gsm matt said i am not allowed and they wont honor the closest tow if something ever happens all cuz i gave a honest review with proof! Imm post pics as well i cant add all as cussing but he called me a druggie and all this is a manager? Dudes mad I have high expectations of a so called professional business. So he says I can't go back cuz i dont allow them to rip me off lie to me and play the games they do with other customers. So he says i cant go there and starts talking trash about me maybe we need remove these non American businesses that cant fit the American standards. BTW MATT you dont control me or my life to tell me wha i think a mistake is worth! You dont run anything at all you a manager. You prob had to go to school to be where you are i been where you are and further with no school so that shows whos a better person in life. Wha i have is earned what you have you paid for we aint the same so before you are unprofessional and judge people how about you realize most us are better people then you paid schooling that apparently taught you nothing. Customer service 101 never make a comment to a customer about them once you judge them it can quickly turn to legal saying discrimination. So be careful what you say to customer as you as speaking on behalf of kia when you are working you dont have a personal opinions in your roll. Man up and take your job seriously or let someone who will do the job but its not you.
