We bought a Hyundai Elantra because it looks sporty an has a very good value for the price with many security features, long guarantees and good quality reviews. The sales person was new completely new in business but tried hard and was very helpful and friendly. In my opinion, the manager on duty didn‘t support him well in his first sale and didn‘t even shortly show up to say hello to a new customer. What is not transparent and not fair: They mentioned a dealership surcharge only after we basically finalized the sales paperwork with the fixed price. The dealership doesn’t give the same nice impression as the cars image represent. But anyway, it was overall a good experience and we like driving the car for already two weeks.
