John said he was not impressed with them at all and was quite upset. They tried to take advantage, he called 2 other places for a second opinion and they agreed with him. They wanted to charge him an extra $1,000 for the job and he asked if they performed the work if they would wave the $190 fee to look at it. They said they would but when it came down to it they charged him an additional $290. They did give him a loaner vehicle, but he was extremely disappointed and he felt they took advantage of him because he drives a nice vehicle.
