"Always fixes the problems"
Whenever we have a problem, the mechanics are able to find it and fix it. They are knowledgeable and excellent. This time, we needed tires because we had a flat that was not able to be repaired. It was discussed that we needed 2 tires so the tires would wear evenly. Our only negative comment is that the tires cost more than expected.

Julian said he wanted them to do 2 things to his vehicle and they kept doing more. He did not want any extra charges. They did do the general diagnostic on the engine, which was 1 specific test, but they kept breaking parts down to find the problem. No one called to let him know this was being done. It was going to take 3 to 4 days to figure out the problem and they already it had it for a day and a half. He could not be without his vehicle for that period of time.

Hi Julian sorry that you where not 100% happy with our service. You brought the vehicle to us after someone else had been replacing multiple parts on the vehicle to find the problem and they where unsuccessful. We did explain to you that it could take a few days to figure out what was happening to your vehicle. First we did do both test on the engine and they both did not contribute to the problem that you where having. We continued to look further into the problem, since we had known your grandfather for many years, so that we could tell you what the problem was with your truck. You only paid the agreed amount for the vehicle inspection and not a penny more. We absolutely do not incur extra charges to the customer unless they are notified first and are in agreement. After we figured out what was happening to your vehicle, we did tell you that it would take 3 to 4 days for the repair to be performed. I am glad that we are able to tell you what your issue was with your vehicle after we properly diagnosed it for you. Please let us know if we can help you with any other issues. We are here to help you with your vehicle needs.

"New front brakes; brake fluid exchange."
