"Accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable "
Needed to get in at the last minute due to a family emergency. Natalie said no problem, just drop the car off. Then she knew that I would be driving and recommended a couple of small items that should be taken care of to ensure all goes well. The mechanic made sure all work was done and in a timely manner. Dropped my car off around 2:30and the work was completed by 4.

"Not what I expected."
I'm disappointed in my service for several reasons. I know my way around a vehicle but I wanted a second opinion on .y car. Plus I don't have a diagnostics machine so I wanted to know what codes my car was throwing. Well first they told me the codes but didn't explain what they exactly were. Second they told me engine was shot and would cost me $7,500 to fix. I'm still driving the vehicle and have been for 2 months now. I would not recommend at all and stay clear.
