Tandy said he thinks highly of Tanner and he is very talented. He said a little bit of the quality of work he provided did not live up to the detail he expected. He said Tanner worked on his tank level monitoring systems and got the black and grey tanks backwards. He said overall he really liked the staff he dealt with, they were nice guys and were very attentive. He said they treated him well.
