"Improperly designed monthly brochure"
I dropped off an envelope with clear instructions of what I wanted done to check a tire for a puncture. my wife enclosed a portion of the monthly brochure which details a prorated discount depending on the total of work done. on the other side was a fall special for a very expensive oil change. I did not get the discount , but I did get the unnecessary oil change. If the tech had checked the windshield sticker it indicated an oil change on 8/28/15 and less than 1700 miles. When I called I was told that I had ordered the Fall Special. I was offered an adjustment, but after discussion it was a human error caused by poor design of the brochure. I would definitely refer to a friend because of the excellent service in the past
