"Oil change "
Got an oil change and tire rotation on Friday and had to wait an hour and a half for it to be done when it’s always been done in a half hour. I got there at 10am and left at 11:45am. (I also called ahead of time to see when would be a good time to come down) No apology of any kind for the long wait. Very disappointed in the service that day. I will give that place a try 1 more time and if I have the same experience, I will be going elsewhere.

Hi Allison, I am sorry that you were not happy with how long your service took. The service that we did for you was Our new years special. This service includes a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, Brake inspection, 27 point digital inspection and a car wash. It typically takes 1.5 hours to complete. I apologize if we did not make this clear to you when you called. Also in the future please take advantage of our free loaner vehicles. You can drop off your car and use one of ours so that you don't have to wait! I am sorry that your vehicle needed more work than you expected. However we still feel that you as our customer need to know about things that your vehicle needs to be safe. We also realize that nobody wants to spend a ton of money on a vehicle with 225,000 miles on it if they are not planning on keeping it. Our goal was to simply help you make the vehicle safe while you looked for a new vehicle.
