"Great prices on service "
The only thing l would change is the outside wash. The last 2 oil changes l had there were water spots all over my windows. This last time the side windows were so bad l had to pull over and take my bottle water and clean them.

Demeanor of service manager was not pleasant. Despite providing my work phone number, the call to say the vehicle only was made to my home phone....during work hours. Leaving work to pick up the vehicle, I wasn't sure it was ready or not.

"Had to ask what they did to find out what they DIDN'T do."
I don't know what they did..I had to read it on the bill.Rotate tires? if they did, they did not reset my tire pressure ..Same tire registering low.Did not wash the car..as stated..did not fill out my maintenance record....Almost $70..No I wont go there again.. Seems to me oil changes should be included in the lease agreement..And listing Ithaca NY as hazardous driving means i must pay $70 every 3k..NY city is hazardous driving conditions..NOT Ithaca.
