Did not replace the oil plug after they worked on the car and we are left with a blown motor. They made no effort to take responsibility for their error or to help make it right. I will be reporting Malless to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! The quality of their work is extremely poor
