First and foremost, I enjoyed working with Marcie…our service manager. Very courteous and helpful. And the service was performed as expected. I did find the availability of time slots leaving something to be desired as I generally prefer to bring my car in first thing in the AM and wait…however I had to settle for a day 2 weeks out and a time in the middle of the day. This was a minor inconvenience as my wife had to pick me up and then drop me off. Overall, I like having my car serviced at the dealer because it gives me a higher level of confidence that they know what they are doing.
