Teaching 16 year old how to deal with maintenance on her vehicle
My daughter’s vehicle needed scheduled maintenance on her new Tuscson. Instead of mom handling, I had her schedule the appointment on the app and actually take vehicle in for the service so that she could navigate through the process. The service rep greeted her and made it so easy. Of course, she was ecstatic to find a washed vehicle. Even though we don’t pay for the scheduled maintenance and it was included, we were still given top notch service! The video of the service tech is such a great part of their service. It personalizes it for customer and for the service department! Keith F is running a great service department!
