I had a couple of recalled parts and dropped my car at Michael’s to have them replaced. After I left I noticed some cash missing from my glove box. I immediately went back to Michael’s to let them know and they paid me back the cash. I appreciated the gesture, but I still felt uneasy as a customer that things in my car were sifted through and taken. This aside, they did great work replacing the parts and vacuumed my car so it was clean upon pick-up.
