Awful service
I went to the Farmington CT location, as I usually go to Canton, but will never return to Farmington. Needed an oil change and head gasket cover replacement. They kept my car all day and I had to call at 4:00pm to see why it took so long as they closed at 5. Then I get info that they broke a fuse, and couldn’t find a replacement. Keep in mind I had to call at closing to even get this info when it happened much earlier.

Customer service was quite bad as well, they were almost mad and annoyed at me that this happened and they were scrambling to fix because of something they broke. They actually didn’t even say sorry about that, not joking, they just said it broke and need a replacement and had to come back in.

I go in the next day to get the replacement, the customer service rep remembered and looked at me, didn’t say anything, stuck his hand out for the key, and didn’t say a word, as I said thank you. On something they broke.

Will never ever return to that location. I work in customer service, and that is just so Unacceptable.
