I then let you know what jobs i had ahead of you, an alternator on a Toyota, Another Alignment and I also had other jobs for the afternoon. I got started on your car around 10:45am and got it finished as quickly as i could being I was the only one there after 11:00. and i am the only one on Saturday that does alignments. I have no problem getting your car taken care of and done right but wen i tell you to brig it in at 10:00, it is not a negotiation on times, and i wont put you car ahead of others who did bring there car in at the right time.
