Sorry to hear about the issue with the bumper. Installing the water pump did not require the bumpers removal and if we noticed an issue with it we would have brought it to your attention or repaired it.

Yes folks we did miss this one. In our defense the belt noise didn't start until the customer came to pick the vehicle up after a pretty heavy downpour.

Joy said the business replaced her transmission a few months ago. She took her vehicle back because she is having an issue with the transmission but they said they could not find anything wrong.

Joy is absolutely correct. During the time we had the vehicle to recheck the transmission, we could not duplicate the problem Joy described and the transmission was operating properly. When computerized engines or transmissions act up and do not store any error codes it is extremely difficult to diagnose a problem if the condition can not be duplicated.
