Replace, or repair?
With only some evidence of leakage, service tech recommended replacement of A/C unit for $890. I would really like options (like repair) for something as minor as a leak like this. No test was done on the A/C's ability to cool, which it seems to be doing. Taken at face value, I could have spent $890 for something that didn't need to be replaced. C'mon you guys, you can do better than that.

staff and convenience
We had an appt. at 2pm, but had to drop off our vehicle at 9:30am. One of your wonderful service agents, a woman, was so nice an helpful, that she checked up in and said I will do what I can. The car was done at 11 am. They recommended some future service, which we will do, and we were on our way . Very accommodating and kind.

Not only does Hyundai make solid cars...but their service is excellent! Always so courteous, they go out of their way to help.
Previously a Toyota/Honda person....but Hyundai won me over, first with a good car, great buying experience, then their service!

I am sorry for the experience that you had on your last service visit. I would never want any of my employees to recommend a service to a guest that is not needed. The service advisor that helped you has only been with us a short time and is new to the automotive business, and is learning. I see I have some teaching and some correction to make. Super!! What they were going to do was explained in detail, time line of events given. Exceptations were met and car was washed and vaccumed even though it was raining!!
