Thanks for the feedback. 3 out of 5 stars is rather unfair considering the vehicle was not exhibiting symptoms during the time it was here, making it impossible to duplicate and fix your concern. Also, you were not charged for the visit, making this review feel even more unfair. Finally, we recomended a way for you to provide us with information (via video) if the vehicle exhibits symptoms while in your possession. This is 5 out of 5 star service for what we had to work with. How the vehicle decides to perform at any given time is outside of our control, and does not warrant 3 stars.
