I had been told by both Larry Miller Hyundai that I needed both front and rear brakes. I was told by Pep Boys that I needed rear brakes. Mike came to my house and went under my car to have a look. He did not do business with me that day because he told me that I won't need rear brakes for awhile, and I also don't need front brakes until my next oil change in at least a couple thousand miles. I assure you that he will do business with me in the future because of his honesty. I have a new mechanic I can trust and Mike has a new customer! :)
