(Not So) Timely Maintenance
For just an oil change my car took nearly 2 hours to be completed and I also received conventional when I had expected synthetic to be used. Overall I was dissatisfied.

Not friendly in the service center.
The service center is very confusing on where to go and what to do. It takes several minutes to be greeted. Toyota next door is much friendlier

Communication is essential.
Staff was very friendly and professional, but the service could be improved with more detailed communication/explanation or wrap-up of the appointment by the advisor. Service advisors at HondaWorld would always explain in detail the status of my vehicle upon vehicle return and I loved that.

Oil change never just an oil change
Every time I go in for an oil change there is something else that has to be done. I’ve never paid less than $100, waited less than an hour and a half or gotten anything additional such as RainX on the windshield or the car vacuumed. I go here because I have to because of the warranty.

Customer Service Needs Improvement
I love my car, but have never had a positive experience with the service department. No one smiles or makes you feel welcome to even ask questions. This service no one even cleaned out the floor papers or put a new service sticker on.
