Great Customer Service
Would be nice once you have your vehicle in the shop and it getting worked on if they would take the time to check it when the service Engine Light is on and ask us you have this wrong. Would you like it worked on while the vehicle is being worked on and the added pricing it would cost? Most of us would say YES go ahead and work on it .. or can we bring it back now that we Know the Cost of the repairs on a later date.... So Paul thats just a Gesture... Do a Quick Check if the Vehicles Engine Light is on...thats just a Customer Service inquiry... Thank You.

Melinda said they did really well. She said she picked the vehicle up and later discovered they had installed a defective part. She said it would have been better if they had figured that out before she picked the vehicle up. They were really nice and helpful about it, and they did not charge her for a replacement part.

Paul and associates are honesty hard working people.
Paul speaks with you personally and expresses the best vaule and best way to save on the repairs of your vehicles... Paul and his employees are honest and hardworking people... who cares for the repairs of your vehicle as if it were there own. I take my and my wifes vehicle to Paul Waller Garage... cause they strive to give you the Best Service with out the High Prices... they know Life is hard and work with the Customer...
