Always a satisfied customer

I’ve been using Progressive at Doc Stone ever since I moved to Stafford 15 years ago, multiple repairs and service on several older vehicles, and I have never had a bad experience with them. The Service Manager Bill is the ultimate professional, and he always explains it to me in layman’s terms exactly what I need and when I need it, even when it hurts to hear (it’s not his fault that I drive a Ford pos) and he doesn’t try to push anything on me that I don’t need. He has earned my trust for life! Thank you Bill and thank you Progressive for outstanding service again and again!
