Your vehicle was brought to us not running. Upon your request you asked us to tell you why it wouldnt start and then we would work from there. We agreed to fix what we talked about and thats all you wanted done, however we will be more than happy to figure out your check enigne light and let you know what is needed.

Amie said she was very unhappy with the service provided by this business because this business damaged her vehicle. They also forgot to refill the oil. When she brought it to their attention, they denied all of it. She wishes they could have been more responsible and honest.

Sorry for any inconvenience, however, we have not denied anything besides the bumper that was previously damaged from being dropped off by a non certified tow company that the customer hired. As for the oil, the vehicle was not running when it came to us and it would not have been able to leave the shop without oil because of the work that was required to do to the vehicle and when the customer came back we did determined that the vehicle is burning oil. We agreed to check the vehicle out once again when the customer was able to leave the vehicle but we have yet to see the vehicle again. We will help in anyway we can and stand behind our work.
