Friendly shop
Oil change was commenced quickly.
Pricing for the services provided was fair.
Hopefully oil spil that is causing bad odor inside the car when engine warms up will disappear soon.

Double Check
After the work is completed, double check. I noticed that the plastic covers under the car were hanging. The guys do good work but they must have lost the plastic clips that retain the covers. I ended up going to the dealer and buying a package of clips (Clips 90467-07201 package of 10) to retain the plastic covers. Not a big deal, but it required my time to jack the car up and finish the job correctly.

Quick service and honest assessment of issues
I have an older work vehicle, so issues do arise. I was told the check engine light is a transmission code, but it should be ok for now. I appreciate the honest evaluation

Good customer service
Dropped car off. They called us back promptly with identified issue/ solution/ resolutions and prices.
Fixed the exhaust issue, price seemed reasonable. - Wish they would have gave the car a quick overview and also reset the check engine light which came on when the exhaust broke. Overall we are satisfied. We wish there shop was closer to our home.

Great Service. Kinda far from where we live - used to be near my old work.
Had some extensive work done, everything for most part seems good. I have something loose rattling near what they worked on that I may have to take it back for - they may have forgot to re-install heat/ sound barrier between driver and engine because the engine noise is considerably louder then when I brought it in.

I think Zack is confused. We did have a little challenge with the language barrier. But provided the service they asked for. I know at the time he was satisfied. I hope if their is any problems he would call.
