Now I'm a believer
I wasn't sure if I'd ever get a second chance at a reliable vehicle. I submitted an online application and received an email from Katie the very next business day. She was patient and answered all of my questions and ultimately convinced me to come in. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Ari Scoggan. He was patient, kind and transparent. He understood what I needed, and he HEARD me! After having had a horrible experience at a previous dealership, I would've been pleased to just have someone to listen to me and see me as a person. I found the right place at Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai with Ari. Not only did he get me in a beautiful car, he wrapped it in a beautiful bow! It felt like Christmas in September! Thanks Ari!
