Norman said his vehicle is still broken. This business had his vehicle for a week and a half and they did not do work on it until he called the manager. He was quoted extra money for work that they originally told them not to be done. He had to pay $60 for a new rotor and had to call the facility himself. He mentioned on top of that, right after he left this business, he got a ticket for not having a good inspection sticker. He has to bring his vehicle back to this business for the same issues.

We here at Ridgeview Motor's do are best to provide  the best service we can to our customers as needed. We relize we are not perfect.  In this case we tried to help with covering a part of the cost to the customer(144.00).  This was a cost that the the customers warranty did not cover.  We felt that due to the time frame that the vehicle was at are shop we should take care of some cost.  Customer was informed other repairas were needed.  Check engine light for evap system, tires, battery and alignment but repiars were declined at that time.   I am very sorry your were not happy with are service.  We take reviews very serriously and strive to improve on are service.

"2004 Jeep Wranglar X"
I have had my Jeep serviced at Ridgeview Motors (RM) for the past 7 months since Ive purchased the vehicle from RM in Dec 2014.

The service and mechanical work has always been outstanding to include the warrantee work during the 1st 30 days of ownership. The service manager and the mechanics who have performed the work are always helpful and forward thinking to ensure my vehicle is safe and repair items and components remain functional before any major catastrophies may occur. I can recommend in all confidence to others to use RM as their place for service and repair work.

Brenda said she had taken her vehicle to this business, she got it back and it was working but the next day a light came back on. She had to call to make a new appointment. When they got her in, she paid for the part but was not charged for labor which she said was only right because her vehicle should have been driven and checked before it was handed back to her. Jason took very good care of her.
