Service Manager, Jim Sams
On Thursday, March 11 I had to return to the Service Department to rectify a situation that occurred on Tuesday, March 1. I had an after-market radio replaced with my factory issued radio. After the work was completed, I noticed that the clock was not working, and the air bag indicator remained illuminated. Also, the passenger air bag indicator was not illuminated. On March 1st before I left the dealership and pointed it out to the service advisor, Destinee Guerro, that the components on the steering wheel were not connected. She apologized and sent the car back. Apparently, something was not connected. It was done and the car was sent back out to my satisfaction with everything working. However, once again before I drove off, I noticed the airbag and clock issue. Again, I returned and spoke with Destinee. She attempted to tell me this issue was present when the car came in. The long and short of the story is we returned on Friday, March 11 and spoke with Mr. Sams. He assured us everything would be handled to our satisfaction, and it was. He handled the situation professionally and thoroughly and we are grateful. He turned what could have been a negative experience into an outstanding positive one. Kudos to Mr. Sams. We are very appreciative. Thank you!!
