The repair quality was abysmal. The rear tire near the damage was shredding and wearing excessively compared to the others. After a long back-and-forth—and being gaslit by staff who claimed it was my fault for not spotting the damage sooner—they finally took the car back, but only after I threatened legal action and a report to Consumer Affairs.
Avoid this 2023 Audi SQ5. Upon further inspection, the door hinge bolts were disturbed (signaling door removal) and every door had been repainted. It appears the right side was sideswiped or the vehicle rolled. Since the previous owner worked for this dealership, it was likely repaired by a third party to keep the damage off the Carfax.
This business is incredibly shady. They could have resolved this with a simple apology—which I never received—and by acting professionally instead of wasting my time. I will never return to this dealership and will be sharing my story with everyone I can. What an absolute nightmare.
