"Service price"
The customer service and response time is great. However, it is very pricey. Even small fixes have very large service fees. I want to continue to go to Ron's but won't be able to if they price continues to be so high.

"Success and honesty"
I come back to Ron's Auto, not because it is the cheapest alternative, but because I believe that Adam and Richard and all there are not only experts, but their holistic approach to car care makes me feel safe driving an older car that has imperfections that I can live with. I hope that it doesn't become a lost art to maintain a vehicle by overlooking vanity issues, but at the same time paying careful attention to the details that take care of safety first. If price were no object, obviously I'd just have a new car all the time.
