Amazing first impression
Saturday was my first time using these guys. It was recommended by another mechanic in the area that didn't perform alignments, which is what I needed. When I called to see if they could get me in Kevin was very honest and said he could get me taken care of that day but it might be a few hours since they were a bit backed up. He mentioned it wouldn't be right to give me false info just to get me in the door. When I came he stepped in the back and came back to tell me they would do it right then and there would be no waiting for me to get my car in the garage. He said the schedule had a bit of flexibility in it and he used that get me taken care right away. I was in and out in about an hour or less. So the service aspect was incredible from my experience. I an also tell you they have just about the most comfortable and inviting waiting room I've ever seen along with refreshments of many types. All in all, they were a step above the rest and I'd highly recommend them to others as well as try them again myself next time.
