Rydell Automotive Group continues the tradition of a group which has been in business for over 50 years - helping their customers find the right car for them. They don't pay their salespeople on commission, so you won't feel pressured to pay a higher price, or buy a car you don't want. They completely suck!!!!!
First of all they're mechanics are NOT certified. Anyone can be a mechanic there as long as they start off as a driver for their shuttle service first. I could be a mechanic there.
The service was the worst I've ever received from any place on this planet in all of my 53 years. It was surreal.
After they "fixed" my car I drove it 1/4 mile and it started smoking from the engine. When I took it back they informed me that they do not clean the oil the spewed all over my engine from their work. Finally after acting like a total angry black woman they cleaned it enough to stop the smoking. It's still filthy. To add insult to injury they did NOT put any oil back into my engine. Two days later my oil light came on.
Mike the guy who was "helping" me with my Rydell Chevy experience was a machismo jerk. There wasn't one manager on site. Not one.
And to add even more insult to injury, my white male friend and I took our cars in at the same time and his experience was lovely. Hmmmm. I wonder what that's about? I'll give you one guess...
If you are a black female do NOT take your vehicle to this place. Not only will they give you poor service they will put your life in danger by not fixing your car properly.
I'm lucky to be alive after that experience.
