"Good and fast service at a reasonable price."
I called after getting back from out of town and asked for an appointment (on a Monday). To my pleasant surprise, I was seen within minutes of my call. As usual, no problems.

"Awesome...17 year old Honda drives better than new!!"
I've been going to Automotive Instincts for nearly 30 years- always professional, great communications from Edwin and Al, and EXCELLENT work at competitive prices! I wouldn't ever consider having my vehicle serviced at a Honda dealer- Steve and his team at Automotive Instincts treat their customers as long-term relationships, never trying to up-sell unneeded repair work for the sake of generating more $$$. They value the customer relationship and want you coming back when you need scheduled maintenance or repair work. I've never questioned any of their diagnosis or repair recommendations- if they say something needs to be repaired/replaced, I'm 100% confident that it's the right thing to do. They'll also tell you if something on the vehicle is starting to show signs of wear, but doesn't need to be addressed until a subsequent service visit. These guys are the best, and Juan does a great job of taking care of my high-mileage 2001 Honda S2000.
