I got right in at my appointment time. I waited about 30 minutes for the oil change, which was acceptable. As I was checking out, I was handed some paperwork & told I should get the tires rotated. When I got home & read the paperwork, it said I had uneven wear & needed to rotate the tires right away. I could have had it done while I was there, but I wasn't asked about that. It's an hour drive each way, so going back to San Tan would have cost me another 1/2 day of work. I took my car to Big O to get the rotation done.
