Oil Change
Marco's customer service was on point but this is the 3rd issue I've had with oil changes. The first time was December 2015 and oil filter was not put in correctly. I had to go back and have it re-done. I did not know about the leaking until a few weeks later. I came in June of 2016 for an oil change and somehow a gasket burst and "supposedly" leaked oil to alternator. I think it was from the previous oil change but when I left the dealership, my car passed its all points check. I had to replace an alternator and gaskets. I had no issue rest of 2016 until I brought it in June 2017. O ring wasn't placed correctly and had to have them re-do it. I had to bring it back again because oil was still leaking. It wasn't power cleaned right so they did that. Austin helped with that and was good. So I've had good customer service experience but the past few years, had many issues with oil changes. Very, very reluctant to come back for any service.
