Perry said the staff was not able to complete the service. They had his vehicle for over 2 days. They gave him a quote of $700 and they charged him $900. He had to have his vehicle towed to another facility. He would not recommend the business.

Clint said the business wanted to charge $450 to replace the alternator, but he told them not to do anything else. He then brought an alternator he purchased for the vehicle, and they said they'd be happy to put it on, but then charged $144. He mentioned he felt they overcharged him and it irritates him because they charged $50 to diagnose it, and another $75 to replace the alternator.
