Problem Solved!
I have a 2008 Lexus and was noticing some thumping noise in the engine area. Another shop recommended engine mounts as my car has 230k miles and they did have play in them. We changed them out but the noise was still there. So, Goodyear figured it out. What happened is the retaining bracket had fallen off as the mount broke off that held it. He looked under the car and saw it sitting there. So, we think that my car had two issues. The engine mounts caused my engine to move which broke the retaining bracket off which was making the noise. So glad that this shop could solve what two others could not!
