Spoke with Sherry. She said she was not completely satisfied because her vehicle was a day or two late due to a parts delay. She said she was kept informed, but only because she called the business. They did not call her to keep her updated.

Robert said the business was bad because he had to take his vehicle in three different times to get repaired up to his standards. He said he would not recommend the business based on this experience.

Robert said this business did a very good job of repairing his vehicle. He said when he picked the vehicle up he noticed the detailing on his vehicle was absolutely spectacular. The vehicle was ready earlier than promised. He said he had an absolutely wonderful experience all the way around.

Jeff said this business was professional, had his vehicle ready earlier than what was promised, he is a repeat customer and has already recommended this business to others.

Spoke with Patty. She said this business did a really good job and her vehicle looks great. Her vehicle was ready two days early and the business even worked over the weekend for her. She chose this business because of the size of the facility. She mentioned Eric, the owner, did a great job and went above and beyond for her, and she would like to thank him.

Spoke with Kelly. Kelly said that her insurance company works with them and they do good work.

Amanda stated they were very personable, with good customer service. She got her vehicle back in speedy time, a half a day early. Her insurance company recommended this business, and she has also been to this business before.

Spoke with Michelle. She said this business is very courteous, dependable and efficient. She was definitely satisfied with the quality of the repair. She would absolutely recommend this business to others.

Christina said the business did the work quickly and efficiently.

Kathy said the person who prepared her estimate was great. She stated he called her immediately when he found out a part he ordered was on backorder. He also let her know that the estimate would have to go up a little bit that because of the backorder they had to order from Toyota. Kathy mentioned this business gave wonderful service, and they were great.

Austin said they were very friendly and they got the work done very quickly. It was actually ready earlier than he'd expected. He chose this business because he was referred by a family member.

Albert said everything seemed to work good when the vehicle was returned. He said he was satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because they were very customer focused.

Tina said her vehicle was an unspecified amount of time late due to additional damages found. She said the business was friendly and helpful.

MaryJo said everybody was polite and everything was done correctly. She heard a rattling coming from the rear of the vehicle so she took it back to the business and it was checked for her but nothing was wrong. Turned out to be rattling coming from 2 small seats that are in the rear of her vehicle. She added there was a 1 day delay due to a parts delay.

Ada said the business respected her and showed really good manners. They took good care of her vehicle. Farmers Insurance highly recommended them. She commented they will be in business forever if they treat everyone like they treated her.

Theodore said they're fast, the people are good and they provided good customer service.

Tim said he liked the results. He said the vehicle was a half day late due to the personnel getting hung up on another project.
