Scott said when he picked up his vehicle, the check engine light was on and when he called babout it he was told the vehicle was hooked up to a machine. He said he felt like he should have been told that when he was there. His vehicle was about 2 weeks late, but it was the insurance company's fault. He chose not to elaborate further, but added that the insurance company got it together.

Spoke with Mike. Mike said he never gives anyone a top rating. There is always room for improvement. However, they did a pretty good job. But, he was disappointed that they did not touch up the scratches, but they were not part of the estimate.
