Spoke with Lisa. She stated that she wanted some scratches and some dents on the hatchback rear panel fixed. She said she asked for the vehicle to be waxed. She mentioned that the business only fixed the door panels. She added that the door handle and speaker in the door panel kept popping out. She is not satisfied with the communication because the business never contacted her until her vehicle was finished. She stated that she is not satisfied with the estimate, because the estimate and bill showed two different prices. She would not recommend this business for these reasons.

Alfretta said the insurance company originally were going to total the vehicle, but she decided to have it fixed. Negotiations between the insurance company and the business delayed the repairs by about a week. They had not seen the vehicle when they estimated the repair time. They did a really good job.

Matthew said he was initially quoted 1 hour. The repairs took 3 hours and he stated it just took longer. They have a very nice waiting room with a big TV and goodies which helped with his 2 girls.
