"Unprofessional service call"
I called today just to schedule an oil change and spoke to Rebecca who was very unprofessional. I spent a lot of money for the advantageband this the service I get. Really wow after this vehicle I will not purchase another one here . Sad thing it's my 3rd and final vehicle from them I'm done.

"Awesome service on all levels."
I was in PA when me car died. I called the dealer and Rachel answered. I told her what had happened and she gave me the number for Hyundai Roadside assistance and also told me this was a free service. When the car was towed in Rachel was friendly and reassuring. The shuttle guy took me to my daughters and it was past his shift and he did so cheerfully. Rachel told me the service closed at 4:30 so they would look at my car in the morning. I told her I lived in NC and was planning on returning home Friday. The next morning Rachel called and said the service was complete and was covered under warranty. The car was being washed as we we spoke. I asked her if she could schedule an oil change and a tire rotation and she said she could do it in 10 minutes and then the shuttle would come for me to pick up the car. It was a scary time for me but thanks to Rachel and the rest of the staff it turned out great, Kudos to the shuttle driver and the mechanic. He explained things thoroughly and even showed me the part that was defective and where it was located. I was totally satisfied and if I was a Jamestown resident that dealership would be mine.
