Tanisha said when she took the vehicle in, they fixed everything. The next day, the air conditioner didn't work. She took it back in and the guy told her that he was going to charge her $200. The first time that she took it in, he put in the freon. She told him that was too fast. They opened the hood and she showed him a leak. The next visit, he said that he put the dye in and there was no leak. She was unhappy that after that, he admitted that he didn't actually look at it. She could have chosen to do something different. She loved the ladies in the office with the dog. They were really kind and put the dog away when she told them she has a phobia. Everyone was really friendly. She feels like she shouldn't have had to pay $400 for the vehicle to not get it fixed. The ladies in the office were super sweet.
