Brandy said she told the staff that she already had a diagnostic test done at another facility, but they charged for it anyway. They charged her to replace a battery that had nothing wrong with it.

An O'reilly code scan is not true diagnosis, it is only an list of codes present. We preformed pinpoint & waveform diagnosis to determine the exact repairs needed. While the vehicle was present the battery tested low state of health, which was confirmed at Oreillys.  We went through the channels to get your battery warrantied at no cost for the battery, but their warranty doesnt cover labor. It was stated that there were two concerns to be addressed which includes separate diagnosis. I apologize for any miscommunication, if the concerns are still present after the repairs are completed we will be more than happy to recheck the original concerns at no charge.

Dakota said the service was kind of poor. He asked this business to look at his vehicle, and tell him what was wrong with it. He did not ask them to fix it, but they took it upon themselves to fix the taillight without getting his approval first. They charged $80. On the plus side, the tail lights has worked since then. He asks that the business pay more attention and be more considerate of other people.

This was a case of 1 hour to disassemble and diagnosis to determine the cause but only 30 minutes to repair you were charge less than the diagnosis time- sorry you were not happy

As stated the reason for the price difference was due to a redesigned part that required an additional harness not stated by the part manufacture (AC Delco). Thank you for your review and glad to give you a quality repair.
