I went to the 6302 Westheimer Rd location in Houston on 3/20/20 for an inspection. I asked the guy at the front desk if they have gloves, they said yes. I asked if they could have the technician who will drive my car into the service bat put on a new pair of gloves. The guy at front desk just absolutely refused and said that the technicians are not going to put on a new pair of gloves! He said that it is the customers' responsibility to sanitize our cars afterwards by spraying it with Lysol.
I told the guy that I do not have any Lysol at home and it's impossible to find any Lysol for purchase at the store. The guy then offered to spray my car with Lysol for an additional fee of $10. I left and went somewhere else for the inspection service.
This Sticker Stop Express location is putting the public in danger at risk by refusing to have their technicians put on new gloves and risk transferring the Coronavirus from car to car. The people operating this location is also exploiting this opportunity to rip off the customers with their $10 a spray of Lysol.
Do NOT use this Sticker Stop location! There are plenty of other places in Houston that does vehicle inspection.
